Ryanair

Has anyone changed a flight with Ryanair. If so how much did it cost?

I have booked to go to Lisbon in August for 4 people. Would like to change it to next year some time. Either that or lose £900.

Looks like it's 50 pounds per person/flight.

But check first and see if it's looking like they will operating on your days. I'd a flight booked on a Thursday, but they reduced their schedule to Mondays and Saturdays only, so they cancelled it, and I opted for the refund (flight is in July).
There's no advantage to your cancelling or changing so early, so wait and see - the situation can change quite quickly and you might get a refund.

Thanks will wait it out.

It was expensive when we checked. If you go online theres a mange my booking part where you can see possible prices. The flight change was fine- around £150 for 5 of us but then on the checkout page there was a £30 bag charge and then some random switch flight charge for £450 making it £630 which is only £20 less than the original flights

RigaBalsam · 06/06/2020 14:32

Even if you have already paid for bags?

That's outrageous

@RigaBalsam yeah I'd already paid for bags plus extra for the express check thing that means you can take another bag. Apparently the transfer it over but still charge extra? I'm not sure what the logic is but the fact it looks reasonable until the checkout page where they add all these extras really pissed me off. I'm holding off and hoping that it just gets cancelled and they can move it for free or refund me

Nofucks think I will have to do the same.

It's a nightmare.

Has anyone actually received their refund from Ryanair for cancelled flights?

Madcatwoman68 · 08/06/2020 03:12

No.
Still waiting

I cancelled one for Krakow and in May. Got a refund through section 75 on my credit card.
