Anyone had a refund from Norwegian Air Yet?

Hi. Had a flight booked for late March that was cancelled.
Requested a refund by phone that day and followed up by filling in their online form a while later just to be sure.
Nothing yet - expected a delay but just wondered if anyone had any contact yet?

I have, but the flights were booked through a skiing company so maybe not the same thing (although I'm assuming the skiing company had to get a refund from Norwegian Air too?).
