I LOVE my bugaboo. However, I would definitely recommend investing in a phil & teds if you are planning to have a gap of 2 or less years between children. It is so annoying to have to go out and buy a phil & teds, when you've already invested in a bugaboo.

I would say, that for one child the bugaboo is probably better, and the carrycot can be used at home instead of a moses basket (meaning you can move LO from pram to around the house without waking). And everything else about it is great in terms of handling, seat for when they're older, 2 facing positions etc. etc. A bit tricky to take down and put up if you are using the car, but you get used to it pretty quickly.

I understand from my friend that the phil & teds is also a little tricky to fold up. But, again, i would definitely go for a p & t and the adaptor seat if you plan on another baby - saves so much ££

I had both. Loved both, but wondered why, when I knew I wanted more than one, I bothered buying the Bugaboo first. Should have gone straight for P&T. Although selling Bugaboo secondhand paid for new Phil and Teds, so no loss really!
