We used Helpful Holidays in May and they have some lovely ones - we stayed at this one but could have picked one of about 50 quite happily!www.helpfulholidays.com/property.asp?ref=L901&year=

DS would relish the challenge of a precarious climb down to the beach.

The babybolthole website is GREAT isn't it.

really fab.....beautifully finished and second to none in terms of location. gardens bit crap but frankly, with a beach at the end of the drive, open only to residents, who gives a flying?

twinsetandpearls · 16/09/2007 22:14

THat does look lovely Jackstini but i was a bit at the prices.

Nemo2007 · 16/09/2007 22:17

just like the fact that DC were really thought of in ours, right down to the toy basket.

Nemo2007 · 16/09/2007 22:18

see suppose the other thing is how old are dc and what is the budget?

Nemo2007 · 16/09/2007 22:19

the baby friendly website has a lovely looking set of cottages in North Norfolk Cranmer Cottages, which is £295 for four nights midweek November? Looks perfect for ds(2) and dd (3.4) and dh.

We had been looking here but slightly at the prices and the small print which says "you have to leave the apartment as immaculately clean as you left it.." erm. Cleaning? On holiday? For £350 for three nights? no thanks.

Is ok if you are sharing between 5 couples out of season!
There are some much cheaper ones too on the same website - that place was mahoosive.
LOL re the cleaning Mood - I would feel the same!
