TUI - Balance due next week

I need to get in touch with TUI. We're booked to go to Turkey on 20 July and our balance of over £5k is due next week which I'm not planning on paying. We've paid a £200 deposit and their website says if we can't pay the balance or amend to contact them. But I can't get through on the phone and they don't seem to have an email address?

Can anyone help please?

We had the same problem with Jet2 as our balance was due beginning of May for July holiday, the only way to contact them was via email. In the end I posted on their Facebook page and someone told me you could cancel the holiday via the app which I did. I lost the deposit and the cost of the insurance.

Not sure if Tui have an app but might be worth a try as you could edit a lot more things on the app. Could try posting on social media for them to contact you.

i wrote to them via the post. it seemed to be the only feasible way of communicating with them as they have sent incorrect answers to my previous correspondence and then steadily removed all means of contacting them. Though they still havent responded back to the letter or given me a refund.

Similar issue we are due to pay in 2 weeks for holiday in August. I would like to transfer to later in the year but no idea if it's possible.

I've contacted our bank instead to stop them being able to take the money as had no luck speaking with anyone from Jet2
