Anyone having trouble accessing their booking on the TUI website?

I haven’t been able to access the ‘Manage my booking’ section from the TUI website or their app for the last week. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have tried from my phone and 2 different laptops and it’s exactly the same. Looking on the TUI Facebook page I can see that lots of people are able to amend their bookings so I’m wondering if it’s just me!

We have just moved our booking using the ‘manage my booking’

Although we had lots of issues with the website we wanted the exact same holiday next year, however the website wouldn’t let us do this would only let move it if we changed the hotel. Eventually it just self rectified after about a week and we were able to do it.

There is something on their website saying they are having issues, probably demand
