Costa Teguise - Lanzarote

Anyone been to a villa they can recommend?

They all seem to be in Playa Blanca!

Why Costa Teguise? Playa Blanca is fabulous.

Costa teguise is lovely if not a little windy. Went there 5 or so yrs ago, beaches lovely, staff in restuarants very friendly and made the children feel very welcome. Theres a nice walk on the beachfront which has some lovely bars and restaurants. Can't really remember much more but I do remember saying we would go again.

We went last year and had a fab time. Me, DH, 2 DDs (3 & 4 at the time). We stayed at Galeon Playa, which was fine, a bit basic but no problems or issues. The kids clubs were very good- qualified British staff. We hired a jeep and did our own excursions to the volcanoes and exploring the island. We did get through as lot of money eating out though, as it wasn't cheap.

henni how windy are we talking here? Did it feel cold?

No, it didn't feel cold, it just pegged the temperature back so that you don't feel too hot, you do have to be careful that you don't burn.

Sorry, it was more of a decent breeze, but it was very welcome.
