Compare French Campsites

Hi guys.
With all the madness going on at the moment we are thinking positively towards a possible holiday in summer 2021 (probably in June).
We have never done the French camping thing so looking for any opinions on 3 campsites in particular that we have been looking at.
Our kids will be 2 & 4 when the time comes so I guess looking to see what these one are like for toddlers?
The 3 I have in mind are...
Yelloh Serignan Plage.
La Baume in Frejus.
La garangeoire in the Vendee.

Any first hand opinions would be greatly appreciated. We’ve only been to France twice before (once pre kids to Paris and once to ile de Re with our first when she was less than a year old) so we wouldn’t be hugely familiar with the best places to go etc.
Thanks very much in advance

I don't think I know any of those first hand but I have stayed in a lot of Yelloh campsites and always been very impressed with them.

On the other hand Frejus used to be my favourite holiday destination (too hot for me now in my old age!)

And just to add that the Vendee one is always mentioned in Mumsnet with high praise. I think it's inland: I have stayed in Le Littoral (with a three year old) which is on the coast and loved the safe cycle paths up and down the coast there with a trailer as you do not have to go on the road.
