HELP! Refund via Travel Republic

Rg1987 · 14/03/2020 13:04

Does anyone know the cancellation/refund procedure with Travel Republic? We paid in full for accommodation only back in January. We are due to be going away in mid June so a good few months away. I've requested a cancellation via online as I can't get through to them via the phone.
Am I likely to get all or a portion of our money back???
Thank you x

does it say anything on their website

Thanks. Obviously those poor people who are due to go away in a week or two are being dealt with first. The hotel website only states that if you cancel 3-7 days ahead of travel, then we will be charged 30% of full stay. We are giving them months of notice so you would think that would mean full refund despite it not explicitly stating that on the website. I'll email the hotel too I think....

Where were you going. I am due to go to italy in may but luckily opted for free cancellation on my hotel through booking.com. i dont think i will get a flight refund.

Which airline are you with? BA are offering to delay flights for the next 12 months free of charge so we will do that with ours.

We were supposed to be going to Greece....
