Wedding at the end of May - insurance?

We have a family wedding in North Macedonia at the end of May. Foolishly did not take out travel insurance. Is there anything we can do now to protect ourselves in light of the current situation?

I will check, good shout. Maybe we can move the flights. It was a lot of money for us. Still it is worse for the couple and at the end of the day people being safe is first.
