Purchasing insurance after the flights and accommodation

We are due to go to Malta for a few days in May half term. In case everything goes into lockdown by then, I’d like to buy insurance, which I didn’t at the time of booking a few months ago. Any tips for getting a good comprehensive package? .Will prices have gone up a lot in the light of coronavirus?

Thanks Barbara. Good old MSE! I actually checked the site yesterday and went with Churchill. Had to take insurance starting now in case FCO recommends not going to Malta between now and date of departure.

I should say I took out a family yearly package. Not much more expensive than just insuring for the period of the holiday.
