Hen weekend - Prague or Budapest

Help!

I am planning my sister in law's hen do and she is keen for Prague or Budapest, has anyone done a hen in either?

Would you recommend?
Where to stay?
Things to do?

We will also be going in Feb/March if this makes a difference?

Thanks x

Hello, not done a hen weekend in either but I have visited both several times for sightseeing and boozy weekends away.
Both absolutely beautiful cities. Architecture is stunning
Good nightlife in both
It's a tough choice to make!!
Found Budapest a bit cheaper.
Tallinn in Estonia is also beautiful.

Before you decide, think about how people may be able to afford it.

Then think again if they have kids who will look after them.

Then think it out again!.

But go for it if everything works out. Budapest is a good call for those who may go.

Thanks everyone, that's really helpful!

I'm the only one with kids so everyone should be able to make it ☺️

How much are you expecting people to pay?

DD visited Prague last summer when she went interrailing, and hated the atmosphere there as it was full of stag parties. She said she felt threatened and unsafe because the stags were so horribly drunk. And they were all British.

She thought Prague was a lovely city, but completely spoiled by the stag parties.

I went to Prague last February and encountered no stag parties.
Both are beautiful places.
