Outgrown First Choice Holiday Villages what next?

Hi. My DS is 8 and is an only child. We have previously gone to the First Choice Holiday Villages and he loves the kids clubs, pools etc. However, he will be nearly 9 by our next summer holiday and I feel he is getting too old to truly enjoy the Holiday Villages. Also, my OH and I are fed up of the evening entertainment. The First Choice Sensatori holidays look like they would meet both our needs, however the cost is too much for us. Does anyone have any ideas? My son is happy with any activities really and we would like better evening entertainment such a live bands etc, which our son also enjoys. Any ideas/suggestions for me to look into would be much appreciated. Thanks

Not sure of your budget but we love Bahia del Duque hotel in Tenerife and are going back this year with our DS age 9. Loads of activities for older children, gorgeous restaurants, gym classes and just beautiful grounds. Really safe so we can leave DS safely to go with his friends that he meets there. thetaishotels.com/bahia-del-duque/

Try Club Med, Insotel and Iberostar. Also look at the TUI Blue range. Some are for couples but some are specifically for families.
