Backpack for Thailand!!

I need to buy a pack pack for a two week city, jungle, beach adventure with two little darlings 7 and 9.
Going light and hands free!
Any recommendations?

Rather than buy anything online based on recommendations, I think the best thing would be to go in store and actually try them on for comfort and ‘fit’, view sizes etc? I backpacked a lot when I was younger and the wrong backpack can be a beast to carry!

If you have a Decathlon near you, they have a good range and cheap too which you can try on.

We took a 20l pack each for two weeks in Italy.
