This sounds ridiculous I know, but I am very sensitive to temperature fluctuations and am usually constantly freezing. We are flying to Auckland soon with Virgin transitting through San Fran then onwards to Auckland via Air NZ. The first leg is a day flight departing at 10.45 and the second is a night flight arriving into Akl early in the morning.
I'm getting anxious about the in flight temperature and what to wear/take. I've done the UK to NZ flight a number of times, usually via Emirates and find their cabin temperature quite comfortable but I've never flown Virgin/Air NZ before so not sure if they like to pump up the air con or not. Does anyone know?
Extremes of temperature/feeling too cold for me spark migraines which I can usefully do without on a long haul flight!
Anyone done this flight recently and can advise? Thanks
