Puerto Pollensa, Cala D'or or Cala Millor?

Holiday this year with 5yo and 12yo. We did Puerto Pollensa last year, it was lovely couldn't fault it really. Only tiny downside was although beach was lovely, it wasn't the crystal clear, turquoise waters (if I was being really fussy), we do love the beach.

Happy to back to Puerto Pollensa, Cala D'or looks lovely, the beaches look beautiful but tiny so worried about that.

Cala Millor/Cala Bona looks nice too.

Not sure whether to stick to what we know or try something new.

We have been to Puerto Pollensa many times and Cala d’Or once. We liked the night life of Cala d’Or but the beaches are little coves that got absolutely mobbed and we couldn’t get close to the sea edge to plonk our towels down. We like the beaches of Pollensa - mainly as it is so long so you are never on top of each other and gently shelving so great for kids. We also travelled to Alcudia and visited some of those beaches which are gorgeous. Haven’t been to Cala Millor.

I loved PP. Some lovely beaches in Cala D'Or but jam packed! I much preferred the views, atmosphere and general and feel of PP. Haven't been to Cala Millor.

Much preferred Cala Dor to PP

I haven’t been to either but my Dsis has been to S’illot about 12 times. It is quite close to Cala D’or.
She says the beach is beautiful. She has tried other places PP, Palma Nova and Cala D’or but S’illot is still her favourite.

We didn't really like PP, found it pretentious and overpriced compared to Cala d'or. Unfortunately Cala d'or beaches are small coves and we tended to go to beach in morning (you g kids - nowadays they don't surface till late!) then pool after lunch as beaches got busy!

Cala Millor and Sa Coma beaches are beautiful...crystal waters, white sand. CM is very quiet though but has a nice beachfront and we found a couple of decent restaurants. We went to Can Picafort last year and loved it there. Quicker to get to from the airport than CM and lovely beaches but with a more bustling atmosphere and close enough to Alcudia to visit the beautiful old town etc. All nice places

We went to Ca'an Picafort few years ago and it was lovely.

Sa Coma is lovely! We've done it twice and might go again this year. The beach is really nice.
