Anyone recommend a way to offset air miles?

I know there are companies but don't know a good one from a bad one so recommendations welcome.

I also know there's no real way to offset but I figure it's better than nothing.

I use the woodland trust carbon offset programme -monthly DD for our carbon footprint

It's about £450 to offset the flight we're taking! I think I'll set up a monthly DD.
