Tuscany villa advice

Hi all
We are looking at Tuscany for our summer holiday. We are a family of 6. I'm thinking one week in a holiday park which will satisfy the kids and then a week in a villa with a pool. I'm looking for something that's not isolated maybe within walking distance to the town, all the ones I'm looking at online just dont seem suitable or are ridiculously expensive!!!!
Does anyone have any experience of staying in a lovely family sized villa with private pool and could share with me the details, as I'm losing heart now!!

Have you tried Emma's Villas? They are an Italian firm, and we had first-class service with them. We rented a gorgeous villa in Umbria with them last year, slept 6, for about 2,200 Euros
