Anyone else had problems with these?

I've had one previously which was a palava and had to be paid over the phone. Just gone to use one today and the web page listed doesn't work, the phone number is all automated info telling you to go online but the page doesn't work.

I think it is because the value is less than my next payment due. However I am hoping to be able to apply it somehow else I've been brought a v expensive gift that I can't use! Shop won't let me use in store has to be online.
