Best place to holiday with toddlers

We go to butlins every year but would love to take my kids somewhere else on holiday soon.

So I’m looking for some recommendations of good places to take toddlers (3 & 4 year old, or for next year when they are 4 & 5)

Preferably abroad, or even in uk

A classic UK beach holiday- building sandcastles, picnics on the beach and ice cream.

We go to north Pembrokeshire every year.

Thomsons used to do some very good holidays with creches and children's clubs. We went to ibiza one year and it was fab. We got 2 hrs every day to sunbathe!

We did farm stay holidays at that age, self catering and lots to do at the farms we went to, feeding animals, other children to play with, play room for wet days, big playground.

If you want to go abroad, Majorca is great, I would look for an Aparthotel so y U have space but all advantages of a resort.

Somewhere they can run around. Sandy beach, grassy areas and not too hot.

And from experience a resort that is all hard marble shiny surfaces in the heat.

Menorca is great for families with little children. If you go outside of the school holidays it's hot but not too hot. June and September are ideal times to go.

The flight is short and most flights are in the day too.

I haven't been but I'm looking at Beekse Bergen in the Netherlands- looks amazing- can stay overlooking the giraffes etc and plenty to do for toddlers- can fly into Eindhoven or take the ferry

Have a look at the Sani resort in Greece, looks amazing!
