Recommendations for Travel companies for taking teens (+ 10yr old) for special trips, like Japan/South Africa

I've only ever used Trail Finders which are good, but I wondered if there were other companies out there just as good or better.

Exodus or Explore are worth a look

There's KE Adventure too. We travelled with our DC to SE Asia (multi country trip) & Jordan with them. Both very well organised trips.
