Clean, walking distance to old town, 3 bedrooms Thank you

I can’t recommend one but there are absolutely loads on the site. I think I’d focus on location if it was me - unless you are hiring a car I wouldn’t stay on the outskirts. The area immediately around the train station is a bit seedy. The old town and around Place Massena would both be
nice. There’s a tram from the old town to the train station every 5-10 minutes.

Last few times we went (love Nice), we stayed in hotels with breakfast. Both within walking distance to the old town. It’s very easy to navigate around. Maybe have a look at the locations.
