Sorry - have looked through several previous threads but can't find this question...
First time going to the US as a family of four next month. Started doing applications 2 nights ago but hadn't realised i was doing them individually not as part of a group...then saved and logged off. Have come to pay and realised my mistake! Doesn't seem possible to retrospectively add to a group. I can retrieve and pay individually for each one - just wondering if that has any implications for individual approval, as two of the people are children?! Does anyone know? Thanks in advance....Blush

I can't answer your question but can you perhaps delete them and start again? If you haven't yet paid then I would assume that they haven't officially been submitted yet.

I thought you did do them individually and paid for them separately

I remember Dp was supposed to have done them before we went to the States a few years ago

Ended up doing them on the day we left.

Everyone came through automatically but Ds (aged about 8 years old ) was held up.

Finally on the final refresh of the page before we set off for the airport it came through.

Just complete them individually. The group booking function is a nightmare anyway

Really helpful - thank you all.
Macavity, yes I could do them again but process is quite long winded so would rather sidestep!!

Matters not whether you do it as a group or individually. All that does matter is that you answer each question truthfully and that you pay.

As above - there is no such thing as a "group ESTA". The group feature just allows you to pay for multiple individual applications at once. Whether you pay as a group or separately, the applications are individual and considered in exactly the same way.
