Sani Club - 7 or 11 nights

We're set on going to Sani Club in May with our 5 & 9 year old DDs. I was looking at a week, but was wondering if it is worth going for longer. I think there would need to be excursions or us hire car for a few days to keep us entertained for a longer holiday. Is anyone able to advise please?
