Somewhere warm and cheapish in February

I'd say Canaries,. Particularly Tenerife or Gran Canaria would fit the bill.

Depends how far you want to travel?
One of the Canary Islands is probably your best bet for short haul although the warm weather is not guaranteed as it can rain in Feb.
Or if you don't mind going a little bit further then Cape Verde is perfect... fairly cheap and hot all year! Not much to do there though, it's more of a beach/pool type of holiday.

If you don't want coast, then Marrakech is a good mix of modern hotel complexes and olde worlde exploring. Atlas mountains are close enough to explore for something different.

We did Lanzarote for about £175 each in February. But it was cold and windy.

Plenty to do.
Also done Portugal near faro 5 * hotel b&bs for about £250 each for a week flying with RyanAir was slightly warmer than Lanzarote but think we where lucky with the weather both time’s.

Lanzarote. You will get some warm sunshine for a few hours in the day then cool when the sun goes down.
