Holiday in Tallinn - ferry to Helsinki - anyone done this?

We're going to Tallinn in the Summer for 7 - 10 days and we're interested in getting the ferry to Helsinki for the day, I'm wondering if anyone has done this trip before? Any suggestions / recommendations for the best things to do in Helsinki for a day.

It’s a nice easy trip across. There’s not a massive amount to see and do so a day is definitely enough. There are 3 beautiful churches in the city that are worth a look around.
