Going on Saturday to Argeles-Sur-Mer and wondered whether or not to pack the Jungle Formula? Been to other areas of france and have been ok but I've never been to Languedoc.
Advice please, wise Mumsnetters?

We have just come back from Central Southern France, and there weren't any Mozzies...in fact there are more here than there!!! Not sure about SW France though.

Cheers, Chinwag. Think I'll stick the stuff in the bag just in case. I just determined to pack light and not give the b*ards at Ryanair anymore money.

have just come back from the languedoc with a good few bites so i'd say pack it. and enjoy!

We had a few bites in southern france. Just odd ones though - like 1 bite every two or three days, although the two on the underneath of my foot gave me a bit of grief.

Yes. SIL just back from Cognac area. Tip from her is to light a citronella candle under the table to protect your legs.

I've had a few bites following a holiday this month in Pyrenees and the Lot.
