Just a heads up as I think some schools will stop that weekend for the summer. Nearly everywhere in SE Kent is already booked that weekend for the Golf, so if you are planning a hotel stop pre-ferry or Eurotunnel that weekend it might be a good idea to start looking! Travelodge at Ashford still had some rooms. The whole Dover is fully booked unless you want to pay £500 for a room in a B&B! It's obscene almost!
