DH is interested in visiting Jerez. We'd be looking to stay 3-4 nights. Is there enough to do (we don't mind chilling a bit though) and what do you recommend?

We stayed there for a week in the summer of 2018 and were very underwhelmed. The beach is OK, ditto the sherry tasting. We did a day trip over to Cadiz (with more sherry tasting!) and that was about it. TBH our stay was clouded by the fact that our villa was horrible. I'm sure other people have had better times there!

We absolutely loved it. We stayed in a seaside town called conil. The hotel was called the Garbi.
Very Spanish, there were fabulous restaurants a lovely atmosphere did Jerez de frontera as a day trip and it's true there's not much to see or do but it's very atmospheric.
We loved Cadiz very faded glory fabulous tapas - I know I keep coming back to food!
