I would like to get some advice before filing claim please.
We were traveling to south France, during lunch break our passports and 1 bags has stolen from back of our van. we went police and make a formal report. We only notice first our passport due to panic mode, but realized latter that 2 more bags also missing. Our policy report covers only passport and some other items. What we should do now? its very difficult to contact the police and update the report. Also our van has not been tampered, thieves used some sort of equipment to open van as per police officers.

How to add extra bags to claim of how to proof it has been stolen?
As van has no damage how to proof it has been locked as Police report has not included anything about advance equipment.
