Any suggestions please? We are looking at September, baby will be 5/6months then so looking at somewhere pram friendly but with plenty to do? We've been to porto/Barcelona /Amsterdam/krakow/marrakesh/prague.
Thank you :)

Vienna is exceptionally pram friendly. Not too many bumpy cobblestones, Iifts at all public transport stations. All pavements have lowered curbs at the corners. The tram has a dedicated pushchair area and you will also find that most places will be able to facilitate you with a high chair.

Stockholm, Berlin, Geneva, Dublin, Nice, Bologna, Milan - all interesting and ok with babies!

Alicante city, interesting architecture, beach, Marina, great value restaurants & bars, very Spanish, close to the Airport. Nothing like the more popular costal resorts.

Bologna and Paris worked well for us when DD was in a pram/buggy. Paris was particularly easy and simple as we travelled by Eurostar. We did also (really dafty) did Venice which was a nightmare with all the bridges so don’t do that!

I second @Roselilly36 saying Alicante. DH and I are here at the moment- chose your hotel position carefully and within 5-10 mins walk there is a small beach, marina, lovely old town (particularly at the moment with the Christmas decorations) and also general shopping district. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Short taxi ride from airport. Cathedral, a couple of museums.

@shinynewapplesonachristmastree which hotel are you currently staying at if i can be nosey?

We stayed at Tryp Ciudad - fairly basic hotel but really convenient. The Melia and the Maris Spa hotel look nicer and have more facilities but are more expensive. They are right between beach and port but slightly longer walk to the old town, although only by a couple of minutes. Alicante is really compact.

We've been to Budapest and Berlin, both pram friendly but Berlin is busier so you'd have to negotiate crowds more. I enjoyed Berlin, but Budapest was a little more compact, has some lovely buildings. If you can stretch your budget well worth staying central - I came back saying why would you want to go to London when there's a city like Budapest out there.
