Going away next Christmas

I've had enough of doing the extended family Christmas so am thinking of going away next year.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where to go? I don't want to end up somewhere where everything is closed.

It needs to not be too hot (ginger) but somewhere warm would be nice.

It will be me and a 21 year old DD.

We're currently near Malaga visiting the PILs. We were down on the coast for Christmas Day. It's been 20 degrees during the day, although it can rain some years.

I would happily do it again. There's enough open. We've had walks on the beach.

Malaga itself would work for 2 adults if you don't like the whole Costa Del Sol thing. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants.
