Bella Italia campsite

Anyone been to this campsite? We were looking at booking it for July. I have a child with special needs who runs off at times (although I'm not planning to take my eyes off him if possible) so just wondering if the park entrance is secure. The last campsite we were at with Eurocamp had gates at the entrance so only somebody with a code could open the pedestrian entrance, likewise only cars authorised to come in had the code. The same at the entrance to the swimming pool. It had a gate with an entrance button up high so small children couldnt access the pool area without an adult. If anyone has any info on this I would appreciate it. Otherwise any other recommendations for a safe and secure campsite near Lake Garda welcome. Thanks!

I was there about 10 years ago so maybe things have changed : I think the entrance was well secured but there was direct access to the lake at the front of the camp which wasn't fenced off at all.
I found it to be the worst camp we had ever been to. The caravans were so close together we could touch 3 separate caravans from the windows of ours. There was a tiny patch at the front of our caravan where the children could play and that was our only outdoor space. It was a big, oppressive, cramped, noisy site and we didn't enjoy it at all. We have stayed in many other sites around France and loved them all. It could have changed since we were there though.

Some family members really rave about the Pra del torri campsite - they absolutely love it. Maybe that's worth a look?
