Holidays

Majorca - seems to be looking for the impossible

We are looking for a Summer holiday in August 2020. DD will be 13 then.

We would like a 4-5* hotel around Alcudia with really good food options. DD also needs a proper bedroom on her own, she is already my height and really can't sleep on sofa beds anymore for more than 1-2 nights.

An apartment with self catering would also work but she loves resorts and all the options with pool, spa, bars and restaurants etc. Definately no villa.

So, where can i find a two bedroom suite or a hotel with interconnecting rooms? We had her staying in a room on her own recently but that was a tiny hotel with us on the other side and just one night, not a busy resort.

this resort has some interconnecting rooms and you can book flights at the same time x

Thanks but the area is not the one we look for.

OP I didn’t see your thread and have just posted asking for a pretty much identical holiday but with a nearly 2 year old 😂.

Have you looked at the Viva Blue Resort and Spa? They have 2 bed apartments but they seem to be designed to cram 6 people so I wasn’t sure if they’d let you book for 3. Worth a look maybe?

Could the club del sol or portblue resort between Alcindia and pollenca suit? Not been myself as stayed in pollensa but remember it coming up in my research and may be what you are after

Would you not be able to stay in a one bed apartment and have her/you in the living room on the pull outs? By dc are under 11 and used to have the bedroom while dp and I had the living room. I'm 6ft and managed. We also stayed at 2 viva hotels in Majorca doing this.
