Can anybody recommend nice accommodation in a good location for a couples weekend away. Not too expensive.

Thanks all

Ooh Seville is lovely! Try ba.com holidays. Our hotel was a bit too basic so couldn't recommend it but they have plenty of other affordable short break options. Try and fit in a trip (by train) to the Cordoba Mosque as well.

I stayed at the Melia Sevilla which is maybe a 10 minute walk into the main city but had a beautiful rooftop pool which was very welcome in July. I really really loved this hotel.
We then moved into an Airbnb for a few nights and I really struggled with the heat and not having a pool. We found plenty of rooftop bars with pools but they wouldn’t let you use them unless you were a guest (regardless of all the money you’d spent on cocktails all afternoon) Saying that, if you’re not going in peak summer it won’t be an issue.
I absolutely loved Seville, my favourite city break by far and we found it extremely reasonable for eating/drinking out. I highly recommend Sibuya Seville for sushi and El Pinton for dinner. We also did a tapas/wine tour through AirBnB which was amazing. I’ll try to find a link.

I very highly recommend this tour, we did it as a group of 5 and had so much fun and saw so much we wouldn’t have on our own.
