Anyone know of a good place to stay (2 adults, 2 kids) near Dover?

Hi,

Am sailing from Dover relatively early so thought it would make sense to stay somewhere relatively near by (we're coming from London) to avoid man rushing in the morning. Trouble is, I'm not finding anything on the internet that looks remotely okay. Anyone know of any hidden gems?!
