All inclusive....

Does anyone know of a family friendly all inclusive in a nice place which isn't too car transfer from airport?! Ideally Europe. Trawled through all of the usual travel agents but not seeing anything that stands out. Don't mind booking all parts independently. Just want something that isn't rammed , not too big and good food! Looking at mid July

The transfer to Cala di Falco in Sardinia was about 20 minutes (we flew direct to Olbia with EasyJet). The resort is spacious and never felt too busy even in peak time www.hotelcaladifalco.com/en/kids-club-hotel-activities/
One of the best places I’ve stayed in terms of food is Vila Vita Parc, which is 45 minutes from Faro airport.

Have you looked at any of the Ikos resorts? The food is incredible as is the service and they cap the amount of guests so you never feel that it is overly crowded. Not long transfers from the airport either. We have stayed at Oceania and Aria in Kos. For the one in Kos we booked flights separately and hotel on Booking.com and got a really good price.

We've had good experiences with iberostar hotels in Spain.

Thanks everyone! The Ikos ones have popped up on a few searches I've been doing so that's good to know!

We like Iberostar too! Stayed in a great one in Alcudia, Mallorca. Food was great and beach and pools lovely too. Transfer was about 30 minutes
