Algarve accomodation advice

Thanks in advance for reading, just realised it's rather long

Hello,

I'm looking for advice for portugal in late September. Have had a look through previous threads and got some ideas but am hoping that with this post someone will recommend just the thing for me

We have a 20month and an 8month old, so though we love the look of Pine Cliffs and Villa Vita we don't think we are going to get value for money with the kids ages as they are, as we are going to be fairly limited in what we can do if you know what I mean. Beach/pool/nap/eat etc We had a look at Prainha Village in Alvor online, has anyone been there? Would it be good with a toddler and baby?

Basically what we are looking for is:
a beach front hotel with easy access to the beach via walkway or cliff lift as we'll have a buggy with us,
2 bed accomodation that has at least a fridge but preferably a kitchenette option too

Nice pool, kiddies pool, beach bar, beach service e.g. umbrellas and loungers and pref towels too.

Safe resort, kids play area if possible.

Possibly a good creche facility from age 6months - (are these worth it when away with 2 wee ones for the odd hour or two? Have never used one as haven't been away with the two before)

Basically a lovely resort that is easy easy easy with 2 smallies with a bit of luxury for us.

Thanks!
