Where would you go?

We want to book a family holiday for next May. We have a 7 year old and a LO who will be 8 months. We want somewhere warm, decent pool and a beach walking distance. Would like entertainment for the kids in the evening.
Any recommendations on hotels/places would be great!?!

what about cyprus? the olympic lagoon hotel fits what you are looking for (family friendly shows in the evenings, near the beach, has a kids club and decent pool) and the weather would be nice then too
