Alamo car hire (or other) discounts

we are lucky to be visiting France for 3 weeks next August. Have just looked at hire car prices from Geneva and prices are scarily expensive (admittedly it is 3 week hire!). Just hoping someone has advice about any discount codes ? Alamo are quoting cheapest price at mo. Anyone have any tricks to reduce costs!?

Bit late perhaps, but have you tried Holidayautos and Rentalcars? If you book through Topcashback you can get a decent amount back too. Rentalcars is currently doing a VW Golf for £250/wk or a VW Passat for £300/wk or a Peugeot estate for £270/wk in August (both with Alamo) - book via Topcashback and you'd get 8.8% cashback.
