Do they work? I have been advised to try them, what are your opinions please?

Ps for long car journeys

I've used them since my early teens and I'm mid-twenties now. No idea if they work. They seemed to help me so I continued with them but I do also think it's highly likely to be placebo. But if it helps then I don't care if it's placebo, so I always wear them when travelling.

My kids use them. I think its probably placebo effect but if it works who cares? You can pick them up in poundshops in the summer but you'll probably need to get them from a chemist or online at this time of year.
