Can anyone recommend a good hotel/resort in the Canaries?

I've never done AI before, but I really want to just get away and relax with the family fir 10 days over Easter.

Can anyone recommend a good hotel in the Canaries? Ideally within walking distance of a town/harbour?

Take a look at Amadores and Mogán in Gran Canaria as there are several nice AIs in those areas.

Costa adeje, Tenerife. Like you, we tried AI for the first time this year with some trepidation. Was lovely and we’ve booked to go back to the same hotel next year. Costa Adeje Gran Hotel. Food lovely. Plenty to do. Near shops and bars but not too busy. “Naice” part of Tenerife. (Had never been before but we had preconceived ideas)

Our 13 and 15 year old loved it. We flew with jet 2.

Princess Yaiza, Playa Blanca (Lanzarote)

The iberostar grand in costa Adeje is lovely but expensive.

I'm currently in gran canaria in mogan but would def pick Costa adeje in tenerife over here tbh.

Just come back from the Cordial Mogan Playa in Gran Canaria and we loved it.

We did an ai with hd hotels on gran Canaria in January. Worked really well for us as they have self contained bungalows which with two kids plus a toddler was great. We took the Amazon firestick for wind downs before dinner, I could take toddler back for a nap etc.

Playa Blanca... Sandos Papaygo... best AI we’ve ever been too

Costa Adaje, the del duque end has a number of nice hotels. I prefer it there to playa Blanca.

Costa Adeje is fab. We're staying again at the Iberostar Las Dalias it is a fabulous hotel with amazing food, drinks and entertainment.
