Anyone been to Hong Kong recently?

I'm going to Hong King early november for 5 days en route to australia . Has anyone had any advice given the current issues. I know things can get better or worse but some recent experiences would be good to know . Thanks .

I am going in March. The Hong Kong trip advisor forum has up to date info. I just moved accommodation to the Kerry Hotel as it seems to be well away from any protests to date.

I go there a lot for work
Most noise now shifted to be about the police activity
Don’t film ANY activities photos or recordings
Don’t wear black near any protest areas
Follow news (China morning post newspaper or BBC world asia in hotels) and ask at hotel if you need any guidance on activity
The people are amazing, the food good, and a fab time of year to visit- enjoy
