Looking for a City Break to Madrid, & wondering what the weather is likely to be in mid-late November.

I don't mind a bit of cold, but I don't want rain & frost.

Any help, please?

I lived there and we definitely got rain and frost in November. It is not at sea level. It's a mountainous area. I skiied by just taking a train an hour from the city centre. It can get quite cold and dark in Dec/Jan.
