Seaplane transfers Maldives

Hi all,

Looking at booking the Maldives next year for our holiday. My only concern is if I book my flight and hotel separately, how do I book the transfers from the airport? Is there a company anyone would recommend? Many thanks.

You will need to arrange them with your hotel, it isn’t possible to do it directly with the seaplane company.

The Maldives is one place specialist agents are more likely to get you a better deal as a package rather than booking on your own. For some recommendations take a look on the trip advisor forum. Travelbag is a good site to price up options too.

Also just bear in mind that they can only fly in daylight so if you land at night you have to wait overnight in Male which is a bit of a shit hole. There are resorts that are reachable by boat. They’re not as remote but you don’t end up losing so much time on transfers.
