TUI money travel card

I am travelling next month and went into my travel agents and got a money card. with some money on it. I need to register it online but each time I try something goes wrong. They give you a phone number to activate the card but you cannot physically speak to anyone, you have to put in your card number and expiry date and when I did that a voice said this card has already been activated. I then need to sign into the account and tried to find a link to sign in. I need a user name and there is a link saying if you cannot remember your user name you can put in your card details and when I did that i got a message saying there is no such card under my name. I do not understand it because I got the card and it has supposedly been activated. The website said the message below:

If you've forgotten your username you can retrieve it by providing your account details below. If you are still having difficulties retrieving your username, please call Customer Services for further assistance.

However when I called customer services as suggested I got told oh we do not deal with TUI money cards. I am desperate to get my card sorted out online so that I can check the account as I use the card. If I knew this was so hard then I would have gone somewhere else like the Post Office.

Has anyone else used a TUI money card and can they help me. I do not want to have to wait until Monday to phone the travel agents and they should have a helpline number but when I get through to someone they say they do not deal with these cards????

I was getting hopeful when I got through to a guy on the phone and when I explained to him I need to be able to log into an account for this card he said what type of card is it and then he said I do not deal with TUI money cards. I said then why does your number show up on the TUI website as a helpline number and he said I have no idea but I cannot help you

please I am desperate to find out how to log into an account for the TUI money card. I have been searching online for over an hour

its no good I am cancelling this card and getting my money back because I just cannot find the part on the TUII site to log into the part where they point you to the money card to sign in . I have even downloaded the app onto my phone and all it shows you is how to book holidays. what a stupid site and stupid company I should have gone with the post office

It's a MasterCard with Tui branding. The company you need to speak to is MasterCard . I would like ok for a customer service option on its main website.

Thanks Patricia where did you find that link? I was looking for well over an hour and could not find it. My previous money card with Thomas Cook was much easier to register. Maybe its not so much the site but me. I consider myself computer literate as well. Oh bring back travellers cheques!!!
