Active hol with kids 13, 11 and 6

Looking for advice of where to go with the above age range for 3 weeks in Europe. We all like to do “stuff” instead of sit around. Last couple of years have been in Bavaria and the Austrian Alps, cycling, rafting, swimming, SUPping etc. Looking for something similar but different, and definitely different countries. Any advice wise mumsnetters?

What about bikepacking - I fancy the bike ferry route down the Croatian coast.

Lake bled in slovenia
