Using virgin air mikes

We have got quite a lot of virgin air miles and cannot really see how best to use them.
We would ideally like to go somewhere next Easter or summer using them. Not too fussy where tbh as anywhere new would be fun.
I keep looking at the internet but all advice seems to relate to people travelling from the USA
Any tips ideas very gratefully received
