A cosy Christmas?

Our DCs are adults and it looks like we will be on our own for the first Christmas Day in more than 25 years.

We'd like to go somewhere cosy and romantic in the UK, we might have left it too late but does anyone have recommendations please?

In preference I'd like log fires but I'm open to suggestions!
