Accommodation in Puglia with proper cot

Hello,
We are going to Puglia, Italy in October - flying into Bari, so in and around that region. Can anyone suggest accommodation that offers a 'proper' cot bed? My son is not quite big enough for a bed yet, but has panic attacks in travel cots (fine in a normal cot). I know it's a strange question, but any advice would be really really appreciated. Thanks x

These people are a small go-between company but very helpful and efficient. Their photos are clear and true to life. They specialise in the Salento area, known as the Maldives of Italy.

You can write them a mail in English and specify
“Lettino con le sponde e non lettino da campeggio” (small bed with wooden sides, not a travel cot) for your son. Maybe even attach a photo.

Aaaahhh.
I’ve just checked the drive time and it looks like a 2 hour drive to the area they specialise in!
Puglia is a pretty big region.... sorry.

Check out this company. All their properties are suitable for babies and DC: www.babyfriendlyboltholes.co.uk/

You’ll need to ask for either ‘una culla’ (cot for babies) or as above the ‘lettino con le sponde’. We’re in Salento, which is 1.5-2hrs south of Bari depending on where you want to stay, so I can’t suggest any beach places Bari way. Towns you’ll want to visit include Ostuni, Alberobello and Polignano sul Mare (which has a lovely cove).
